We will run a Diagnostic Test on your iPhone, to asses your iPhone's issues and establish the root cause of the problem. Before any repair work is then undertaken, we'll contact you to inform you of the issue and will offer you a quote on the required repair work. It's then up to you what we do! If you're happy for us to go ahead, we'll then work to bring your iPhone back to life, just the way you want it!
