How does it work?

It's simple! Book in your repair online, post us your broken iPhone, iPod or iPad, and we'll post it back to you within 24 hours, fixed! If for any reason the repair cannot be performed within 24 hours, we’ll give you a call.

How do I know I can trust you with my iPhone?

We have been established since 2007, and we can truly understand how much your iPhone means to you. We pride ourselves on being both trustworthy and highly professional, and promise to offer you the best level of service possible. I do not want to post my iPhone - is there another way I can get it to you?

Yes of course! Just pop into one of our two stores that are located in Woking or Camberley Surrey! All contact details can be found on the 'Contact Us' Page.

I have found a cheaper quote online - will you beat their price?

Of course we will! We pride ourselves on being the UK's cheapest iPhone repair company, and we are constantly reviewing all our prices to remain competitive. However, if you think you’ve found a better price, contact us and we’ll be sure to beat it, and that’s a promise!

How long will it take to fix my phone?

We offer a 24-hour turnaround from the moment we receive your item. However, on the rare occurrence that your iPhone is diagnosed as needing more than 24-hours repair time, due to the nature of required work, we will contact you immediately to discuss it with you.

How do I pay for the repair?

We accept all major cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron, Solo, and of course, Paypal.

What if you can’t fix my iPhone - will I still be charged?

If for any reason we cannot fulfill the required repair of your iPhone, we will issue you with a FULL refund so you will not be charged a penny! The ONLY occasion where you will be subject to a fixed minimum charge of £10.00, is for liquid damaged phones, due to the nature of the repair and the time spent on fault diagnosis.

What are your opening hours?

Our website is of course, accessible at any time of the day or night, 7 days a week. However, our team’s working hours (for the purpose of repairs) are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm.

Will I lose my data on my iPhone?

With most repairs, you will not lose any data, however if you have software issues or liquid damage, there may be a chance that we will need to reset the software, resulting in a loss of data. Don’t worry though; we won’t do anything without your permission first!

Do you offer any warranty?

Yes we offer a full 100 day warranty on all our repairs. Our only exception to this offer, surrounds items suffering from liquid damage. For further details of this, please contact us to find out more.

Should I send anything else with my iPhone?

The simple answer is no. All we will require is the item in question, so please refrain from sending any accessories or cases with your item, and please ensure you do not post your item with it’s SIM card.

How should I post my iPhone to you?

We strongly recommend that you use either the Royal Mail Special Delivery or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service. Either service gives you the peace of mind, that in the unlikely event of your item getting lost in the post, you can track the parcel, and you will be fully insured!

How will you return my repaired iPhone to me?

Your iPhone will be returned to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery; this includes a tracking number which we will issue to you, so you can track the status of your item. This also comes with insurance of £500, in case of loss in transit.

All your FAQs are specific to iPhones. Does the same apply for my iPod or iPad?

Yes. You have no need to worry, if you are sending us an iPod or iPad. All answers above cover all items we work with, keeping it nice and simple!

Are these prices available in store?

No, the prices listed here are online-only.
